Rates and Conditions 2022

1. You will have always the best available rate;
2. You will always have the best conditions;
3. You will get a 10% discount on bookings of at least 7 days;
4. If you book within the 31st May you can get a 5% of discount;
5. Exclusive promotions and special offers are only available to those who contact us directly;
6. Upon arrival you will receive a welcome drink at Masseria ;

Attention:   The rates indicated for the different types of room refer to the cost of stay for one night with breakfast included at the buffet (B&B treatment);

The cost of the room entitles to services:

– Breakfast at 0 Km served into the hall or outside under the arcade;

– Daily room cleaning and change of bed linen every 3 days and bathroom linen every 2 days, every day change of dirty linen;

– Use of the Swimming Pool equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds and pool towels;

-Use of Bikes/MTB;

– Wi-Fi free;

– Private parking;

The room price per night also includes VAT and Tourist Tax according to the Municipal rules;

Upon the reservation a deposit of 30% of the stay cost will be paid. This amount can be refunded if the booking is canceled up to 20 days before the start of the stay. The rest of the sum will be paid in the structure.

Cancellation Rules:

From 20th to 15th days before the arrival 30% penality of the total cost of the stay;

From 14th to 8th days before the arrival 70% penality of the total cost of the stay;

Within 7 days prior to arrival 100% penalty;

No show or early departure, penalty 100%;
